This is not a complete story, but a quick summary on how I lost 50 pounds. Not everyone is going to have success with what I did. Not everyone will agree with the way I lost the weight either. Not everyone is going to be able to have the constitution to stick with with this plan. This worked for me, it may work for you, it may not.

I started near 200 pounds, out of work, inactive. Male, 30 years old, 5'7".

First 60 days:

Today I run 2-4 miles a day, I maintain an average step count of 30,000 - 40,000 steps per day. I eat Soylent, new version 1.6 500 calories for breakfast and lunch. I snack on an apple between breakfast and lunch, and sometimes a banana between lunch and dinner. If I am feeling hungry after work I may have a Soylent Food Bar or a Protein Bar. I maintain my calories by eating 3,000 - 3,500 calories every day - I have a huge dinner. I eat whatever I want for dinner as long as I can make it myself.
