Looking for Friends

My name is Vanessa and prior to giving birth to my daughter on October 4, 2012 I used MyFitnesspal and lost a total of 30 pounds in over a year.

I joined MyFitnesspal because the app does an amazing job to help me log my food and exercise than any other weight loss apps.

My husband and I decided that for the last 100 days of 2016 we wanted to follow a Heart Healthy Lifestyle Plan which consist of eating low fat, low cholesterol, and low sodium foods. In addition to this plan we also like to keep our hearts healthy with exercise such as cardio and strength training.
