Is there any way to set net carbs? How do you set carbs to include the fiber?

    I have seen some foods that are entered with net carbs only. If you create the food, you can enter the carb count yourself and subtract fiber or sugar alcohol if you want. I personally keep those carbs in there and just deduct the fiber in my head. It helps me be aware of the total carbs I am eating and if my weight loss stops, I can try to cut out some of those higher total carb foods.
