First Month NSV!

I've started strength training/walking for about the past month and I just took a second round of measurements. I didn't lose any weight but the measurements are kind of impressive!

Neck- 13.75
Bicep- 14.75 (about the same for both)
Waist (smallest part) - 39.5
Waist (navel)- 48.5
Hips - 51.5
Thigh- 28.5
Calf- 17

Weight- 238.2

I lost 3 inches off my waistline!!! I took the measurement like 3 times to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong hahaha Definitely counting this as a win. Anyway, I was so surprised/excited/encouraged and thought I would share!
