last few pounds

hi everyone,
over the course of about 6 months i have really changed my life style and eating habits. i eat so much healthier and i work out about 5-6 days a week. in total I've lost about 8-9 pounds. i currently weight 120 and i am 5'6. i am a little frustrated tho because i can't seem to lose another pound. the past 2 months no matter how hard i try i can't lose any more weight. it'll go to 119 then jump to 121 after i work out and eat healthy. my work pants seem to be getting a little looser and looser but the scale does not go down. am i still loosing fat even though the scale doesn't budge. i have been doing a little more weight training lately and my body seems slimmer/leaner but i just can't lose the last few pounds that i was hoping for. sorry if it doesn't really make sense! lol

You've made duplicate threads. Have you been measuring your body? You could be gaining muscle weight.

Also....I could be wrong, but isn't 119 pushing you to the very edge of the BMI spectrum (close to being underweight)? Maybe what you're looking for is not numbers, but to lower your body fat percentage without actually losing more weight?
