Hey my name is David,
I'm a college student and full time worker. Ever since my wife had my son I've been gradually gaining weight and today I just noticed it. I went from 170 to 194 and feel like crap. Love handles, belly, disgusting. I'm back here seeing if anyone has a similar story to mine and is also trying to get into shape or back into shape. I'd love to hear from people

I have always been a big guy my normal weight was 250-260 but i would lift weights 6 days a week and built like a truck. After my first daughter was born i couldn't work out as much and now my second daughter was born. They are now 2 yrs old and 5 yrs old and i got up to 341 without noticing i gained that much. I work days and my wife works nights so it was hard to find time to work out. I have currently been going to the gym at 4:45 every morning before i start work at 6. With that and staying around 1500-1700 calories a day ive gotten down to 305 pretty easily. My goal is 235 by the time my kids get out for summer break0
