Erryday? Sounds torture haha I have been doing GVT, 10 squats on the minute every minute for 10 minutes and I do this 3 times a week, that is enough for me0

I did 6 weeks of deadlifting everyday. Wouldn't call it torture, it was great! Improved my form a ton and hit some decent PRs.0

Ya it's sure working. My daily minimum has moved up from 275 to 315.1

I do the Bulgarian split squats on every leg day. It's a killer but working great!0
