Can you notice change in before and after? (Pics)

So the before pic is after I lost roughly 10lbs. Of course many of us don't have pics of our highest weight because we avoid the camera. The before was the weight I plateaued at from Feb-Aug around 174lbs. My body refused to go into 160's, when it got close to 170 I had insatiable hunger and gained it all back.

Anyway! Now I've finally managed to get to 160-162lbs (162 pictured). Wearing same shorts, and cami. In the last pic Im wearing same brand cami but smaller size. So difference of 12lbs. Im 5'9. Wish my hair was up in the before pics!

Yeah I can see it. Mostly in the thighs, but leaner overall as well. Good job!

Yes defiantly. Smaller around the hips waist . And arms look toner
