Lose weight

Hi everyone!
I am on a journey to lose 10 pounds. Despite my 5 days of training that is different daily and my 1100-1400 calorie, (low carb) life style the weight isn't changing. I feel I have loss inches since my clothes are fitting better. However I am simply uncomfortable in my own body. I was 10 PDFs leaner 2 years ago but I had surgery. Looking for help. Any ideas? Thanks!
