1136 is borderline impossible for a TDEE. MAYBE a BMR, and even then you'd have to be very small for that to be the case, but it's not your TDEE. What are you using to calculate?

Are you doing a BMR calculation? Cause 1136 is lower than MFP will even let you go to LOSE weight, let alone maintain. Try this calculator, very reliable. (Bottom)

For some shock value: MY 3 year old toddler needs more than that to maintain. He's very active, but seriously, that's wild. Even 1400 is a little wild in my experience. I lose on 1400 easy.

Another one for shock value, I just checked my BMR, it's 1457. That's your "running organs, digesting, basically just existing without doing anything" number. And I'm probably not that much bigger than you. I'm 5'2" and only 30lbs to go.

949 is wrong lol. Not sure what you entered in the IIFYM calculator, but I just entered Female, 4'10", 90 lbs, sedentary, no exercise, and it came out with a BMR of 974, and I'm guessing you are taller and weigh more than that, so idk what's going on...

I plugged your info into a bmi calculator and it looks like you're pretty severely UNDERWEIGHT. Did you know you can set MFP to gain? Because I think that would give you a better number. Your bmi is 17.4. That's gettino into dangerous to your health levels...

85lbs? Is this a typo? If not, set mfp to gain weight.

Also, have you had your thyroid checked lately? HypERthyroidism can cause unexplained weight loss and inability to gain weight. If you're losing weight, not on purpose, and don't know why, this could be a thing for you. My husband had that and had to have his thyroid removed because he was 5'11" and 120 lbs. A bmi similar to yours. I'm not trying to be mean or scare you, I'm just genuinely concerned for your health.

Slowly add calories until you stall and then tweak calories to maintain. You might want to check out the maintenance threads for helpful support and advice.

You have some room to gain. 94 to 123 range is normal for your stats according to some health charts, but I did see some that said 86 pounds is low normal weight. I can understand your confusion with conflicting numbers .

You need 1159 calories according to http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html?ctype=standard&cage=39&csex=f&cheightfeet=4&cheightinch=11&cpound=85&cheightmeter=180&ckg=60&cactivity=1.2&printit=0&x=72&y=13
to maintain your weight at your age, height, and activity level, but MFP won't let you go below 1200 calories. It won't let anyone. So why don't you try 1200 calories to start? It isn't much more than 1159.

Note that you likely could add a couple pounds water whoosh fairly quickly during refeed at the beginning of maintenance, and then weight will stabilize. This is because you are replenishing the glycogen stores and glycogen binds to water.
