Hypermobility - wrists and ankle exercises/accessories

Options
I have moderate Ehlers Danlos III and previously my issues have centred around my knees (I've had repaired and relost my ACLs and MCLs, had patella stabilisations that have failed etc). Modified squats and a gazillion leg extensions, hamstring curls, split squats, deadlifts, and lunges have helped reduced my sublexations down to one or so a month.

However, I've struck a block with bench press, barbell curls, military shoulder press, etc, as my wrist hyperextends mid press/curl (pull exercises seem to be okay thankfully). I've been squeezing my little hand grip at work as a stress reliever but it's not helping. Has anyone tried wrist wraps or have any magical exercises?

And on that note, not specifically exercise related (as I seem to sublexate while walking to the supermarket), anyone have any ankle exercises?

Wrist wraps are fine and are commonly used. I have trouble with mine as well, wraps are a savior of heavy push exercises for me.
