hi all. hope its a good monday for all. just started today and i have a long ways to go . have to lose 140 . i will do it one day at a time

    first welkom to MFP.

    the second thing is don't give up! it's not easy and it will never be over.
    this is a lifestyle change and it will come with ups and downs. it probably starts with more downs than ups.
    we didn't get this heavy in a week (i needed to lose about 60 and i'm still working on it)

    so as not to discourage you yes it's hard, but it can be done there a lot of people here that done it just remember Rome wasn't build in a day.
    but brick by brick!
