Move It to Lose It Challenge for October

This is a simple monthly challenge where you set a goal for your exercise minutes for the month, then track your progress on that month's thread. Everyone sets a goal for themselves and for their own fitness level. Each month has its own thread in a group, so it's easier to keep track of (vs. finding threads on the message boards).

As I said, it's in a group, so you will have to join the group to join the challenge, but I start each month's thread in the same group, so once you're in, you don't have to keep joining a different group.
