    I weigh in Saturdays, so I'll be updating on a Saturday
    If you weigh on a different day, then just update your progress on here then, just change the date

    This challenge of 5 pounds is a bit of a stretch for me, since I haven't lost more than 3-4 pounds a month since I started. But I like a goal that is further than where I want to be to push me.
