I'm having trouble staying motivated to keep pushing myself harder at the gym. After losing a lot of weight over the past year, I'm stuck on the scale and can't seem to get rid of the stubborn belly fat. Everywhere else has slimmed and toned down except my stomach. Seeing the same problem for the past 2 months has really been tough. I'm hoping that getting back to logging everything I eat (without cheating!) will help either push me to work out harder and help get ideas on how to lose belly fat. I run 3 times a week, do spin classes twice a week and do weight training twice a week, but nothing seems to be helping. Looking for motivation and hopefully meeting others that are in similar situations!
