Never full. Help.

Check to feeling out of control when eating. I've had it all my life. It's not that I'm hungry. It's more that I crave/feel not properly full. I'm fine with not eating all day, but when I do begin to eat, the crave monster appears. I used to confuse this with hunger.
I know I have metabolic issues, but for some of us, if we've exhausted medical help, we have to learn to live with it. Cardio helps me with it. We're all different. If I begin to feel out of control, I do some running. I never crave after running. No idea why. I've found what works for me, so possibly you need to find strategies that work for you.1 -
Just wondering if the 'hunger' you feel could actually be pain from reflux or some other kind of GI distress? That could create a gnawing/burning feeling very much like hunger.2

Another thing i do is reduce total meals. I find 3 large meals is my sweet spot as opposed to more.1

I donno. It's like today. I had a slice of Ezekiel bread with peanutbutter and banana. I was still hungry so I had chicken breast and a slice of bacon. Then I was still hungry so I had two bowls of whole grain cereal. And this was all in the span of an hour. And I still feel hungry.

maybe. I am always gassy and bloated. But that could do with how I'm eating way too much.
