Hello, my name is Robby. I'm almost 30 and I need start somewhere and I have been motivated and encouraged to just do it. Procrastination is a killer and the more I waited to start a diet or wait for friends to join me the more I never got anywhere. So my truth is that I have mild health issues. I'm young, I would love a family of my own but I want to be not just present but physically active in their lives. Whenever that time comes......... until then I just want to build a better me.
