Hi all
Fall is upon us, days are cool and daylight hours are getting shorter. I enjoy cooking and getting outside to walk and strive to get in the kitchen daily to prepare meals. I also do my best to get in a few miles each week. What are you cooking in these cooler months? What keeps you guys going in the cold of fall and winter?

Well, it's spring where I am, but I've recently decided to enter an amateur bodybuilding competition my gym is hosting next year. So that's plenty of motivation for me to get my *kitten* together.0

Judging by the state of my current empty grocery list, I have no idea.0

Baking is my thing. So I enjoy trying new things that fit in my plan. Especially anything with pumpkin, cinnamon, or spices that just make everything smell great!
I always do all the cooking for my family on holidays so I look for traditional foods I can lighten up without anyone noticing.0 -
