My class usually has three or four people in it with our trainer but today it was just me and him and he renecently upped my cardio and it's just been a lot. So today he had me pushing into q bad against and after the third time I just lost it and told it wasn't him just the moment, he was great about it but just curious if anyone else has gotten seriously emotional when working out a lot? Thanks!

Yes but I've usually been able to make it to the locker room.

Happen to me during pilates, moreso out of frustration over weak core and disability, but I laughed through my tears, said "there's no crying in Pilates"! I think all that activity can stir up our hormones, just carry on!:)

Intense exercise can stir your emotions for sure. My friend was doing a HIT class and all of a sudden just felt pure rage! She had no idea why she felt like that but it was so bad she left the class early. She went again and was fine but it completely confused her.

Lol god yes. I did personal training for 2 years and sone sessions i wasnt in it mentally for whatever reason. Pms, tiredness, work steress etc. Have had to hold back tears. But other days i use that to kick my own *kitten* and push myself. Things are hard and i hate failing or feeling inadequate infront of my pt. But thats just our thing. And thats pk to feel that time to time. But use that to fire you up. You will NOT let it brat you. You WILL progress.
