    You can't help everyone... I had two really good friends and all three of us were over weight. Two of us worked very hard on changing our life styles and making good choices. We kept trying to help the other one who ate like it was going to be the last meal on earth, constant junk food and sweets. Smoked more than my wood stove with wet wood. Had a very sedentary life style. We kept trying to help him, offering to diet with him, join gyms with him, recommended "stop smoking" classes and solutions. Did everything we could to help him. NO SUCH DEAL! His roommate found him dead at 37y/o of a massive coronary. It was such a shame, he was an awesome guy that would give someone the shirt off his back. He just couldn't change his life style. Refused to accept any help.

    Do what you can to help, but remember, some people just don't listen and can't be helped.
