Calorie adjustment?

I started Insanity Max 30 yesterday and it comes with an easy to follow meal plan which I don't have a problem following.

I will be lifting weights twice a week with my husband - date night in our home gym! We'll be doing the Stronglifts 5x5 workouts, just twice instead of 3 times.

I'm just wondering though, would you eat more calories on lifting days? And if so, how many? What macros would you aim for for those additional calories?
