ACL repair surgery

Hey everyone, a year ago I had ACL reconstruction surgery. I also had some complications after the surgery. I lost all my muscle and gained 20 lbs. I am having a lot of trouble building the muscle back. If anyone is in the same boat feel free to discuss and add me. Also if anyone has any suggestions I need help!
