Hi, In Weight Watcher's we did not track fruits and veggies. Do you track them here?

The food diary here tracks calories. Fruit and vegetables have calories. You draw the conclusion!

    Anything with calories counts.

Anything with calories gets tracked. I personally want to be able to look back and see what did or didn't work for me.
The old flex plan in weight watchers worked better for me, so I am basically eating that way.
Don't be tempted to save calories by cutting fruits and veggies, they are the key to success and nutrition as much as the protein. They are worth every calorie and without them you will feel like you are starving. I make sure to have min. 5 a day.

Everything has calories (except water). If you don't count everything, and you are having problems losing weight, this could be why.

^ Slight exaggeration, but there are those of us that DO keep track of everything, and just saying, I had no issues in the 20 months of losing over 1/2 of my current body weight. I lost weight every week of every month I was losing, so, it works

Quite the exaggeration, but the truth is, the closer you get to your goal weight, the smaller your margin for error as far as food logging goes. So accuracy matters. And yes, fruits and veggies have calories and should be included. :)

Of course! On WW your calorie goal is MUCH lower to account for the fact you're supposed to be eating a lot of fruits and veggies. Here your calorie goal assumes you'll log everything. Your body is going to count them even if you want to pretend they are free of calories...

If it passes your lips, track it. Simples.
