Hi I'm Ken and would like to add some friends with like minded goals.
I'm 49 and recovering from ankle surgery. I have 20 lbs to lose and go to a gym 3-5 days a week. (not since surgery) I work out with dumbbells mostly and some cable machines.
Hoping to add treadmill running back to my work outs.
