Good afternoon everyone!
I'll be starting an October Fitness Challenge for my friends here on MFP. It will not be a competition, just something to keep us all active. Also, if you're losing interest in exercising, this could get you on track and back in the game! It won't be anything harsh, I promise. Something great for everyone...
No matter what age, sex, or weight you are, you could benefit from this.

I've searched for the perfect challenge for a while now and just thought I'd create my own. I already have over 40 people who have joined the challenge. I think it'll be great. We're all excited

I missed yesterday but got in 30 squats, a little walking and 2 hours of singing in. Thanks for doing this. The most important thing in singing is having strong thighs. Then the pelvis, abs and lastly the lungs. I would have never done the squats without your suggestion tonight. I was lazing on the couch.2

Hope it's not too late but I'd love to join! Yesterday was my rest day but today I'm going for a light jog and tonight doing weights :-)1
