How often should you measure?

    Depends on your sanity in dealing with the results and what your goals are in measuring trends, etc.

    Some people measure daily, weekly or monthly- it's personal preference based on what you're going for.

    I prefer weekly or monthly. Daily might be a bit much. Especially since water weight can cause you to bloat and skew your measurements day to day.

    I used to measure once a week, but in the past two months I only lost 6 lbs, so I only measured twice. Once I start losing faster, I'll go back to once a week.

    Scale? Daily. Body measurements? Monthly.

    I do body measurements every 3 months because I like to see big changes!
