How often should you measure?

Depends on your sanity in dealing with the results and what your goals are in measuring trends, etc.
Some people measure daily, weekly or monthly- it's personal preference based on what you're going for.1 -
I prefer weekly or monthly. Daily might be a bit much. Especially since water weight can cause you to bloat and skew your measurements day to day.1

I used to measure once a week, but in the past two months I only lost 6 lbs, so I only measured twice. Once I start losing faster, I'll go back to once a week.1
