Accidentally ate 1000mg over sodium goal

Hey everyone,

I accidentally ate too much sodium today & have been trying hard to lose water weight lately since I've been bloated (TMI). How do I keep myself from getting affected by this accidental overage? I have been drinking only water & tea lately but sometimes diet 7up at night too. What else can I do? Will any veggies help?

    Stay hydrated and wait it out. Also, know that if you see a jump on the scale tomorrow morning, it's not fat and is nothing to worry about.

    It's water weight, it doesn't really matter. Fat loss is something entirely different.
