My weight loss equals....

I thought it would be fun and motivational to post pictures of everyday items that represent different levels of weight loss. Start with 1 pound and try to make it to 100 or more pounds - sequentially...

I'll start off

Hope my pic works - first time I've tried a pic on this site!

edited - didn't work - somebody help me post pictures?

If your image is already online, do this:

    1. Right-click on the image
    2. Select "Copy Image URL"
    3. Paste into MFP post
    4. Add [im g] and [/im g] on each side of the url, respectively (without the space between the im and the g).

If not online (saved in a folder on your computer), do this:

    1. Visit tinypic.com
    2. Follow the instructions and upload the image
    3. Copy the code that has and around it
    4. Paste that into MFP post, and change the IMG on both ends to lowercase.

The url that you had in there didn't lead anywhere, so it wouldn't work even if you had the tags correct. o:

I will look for the pics from the last go around, as they will give me a good goal. I was holding my four year-old in one arm and a 20 lb bag of cat food in the other. They weighed exactly what I had lost. I remember thinking, "I was carrying this 24/7? No wonder I was always so tired?"

I WILL get back there. I WILL.
