Another Newbie Saying Hi!

Hi everyone! :)

I hope ya'll are doing well! Another newbie joining. I have been dieting off and on for a long time (since I was a kid, crazy right?). I have tried many different things... about 3 months ago I started the keto diet. I absolutely love it. I stuck to it for 2 months without any cheats and saw great results and I felt fantastic. Then I had a weak moment (cheat day) and have struggled getting back on track since. Today is day 4, I feel pretty good about it this time... Fingers crossed!

I would love to make some friends through this process. We're all on this journey together, right?

    Hi, I've just started doing keto only in my second week. I havent been the best with my protein, I just keep over eating urghh! I'll get it right eventually. I've got a public holiday coming up and I'm planning on eating carbs then starting again, hopefully I don't fall off track scary!! lol

    It's good you've found a plan that is sustainable for you. Keep going, you can do it.
