Becoming comfortble in my own body

The last time I weighed myself I was putting on more and more weight. Every time I stepped on the scales it destroyed all the goodness I felt from that week of hard exercise. So I stopped weighing myself, but with all the added stress of moving house and starting uni my fitness regime was blown to *kitten*.
So starting today I'm recording my food intake again and am back to training for at least twenty minutes every day. My goal isn't a specific weight, but to be able to feel healthy and look in the mirror not to feel disgusted by what I see.

You can do this. May I suggest starting to talk to yourself in a more positive fashion. No more "disgust" when you look in the mirror!! We need to love ourselves, at every stage, age and size. Starting today, get back up on that horse, and ride it like you know you can. xo3
