Need help w/a super custom workout I do for surfing...

Okay. I do this workout a few times a week. It's 35 minutes and intense. I have no idea how many calories I burn but I'm wondering if anyone can help. Note that the Surf Fit is 12 exercises on a Swiss ball.

•3 sets of 50 push-ups
•6 minutes of abs using 6 pack promise app
•5 body bridges
•6 pull-ups
•20 Bulgarian split squats
•7 hanging knee raises
•10 deep squat holds with kettle bell
•10 overhead extensions
•10 oblique knee raises
•20 arm kettle bell bent row
•10 Turkish get ups with kettle bells
•20 kettle bell presses
•20 resisted cable raises
•20 one legged Romanian dead lifts
•12 dips

    I would enter it as "Circuit Training". The only way to get close to what you are actually burning is through a HRM.

    I agree.. "circuit training:.. this type of training is the only time I will wear my HRM (for strength training purposes)
