How To Lose Body Fat

Hey everyone, so I started my journey at 315 pounds, got down to 190, and am currently hanging around 195-200. My goal is to get to 10% body fat and gain visual abs and I'm struggling a lot. Please, any advice would be greatful. Thank you all!
