Hi! I'm just starting to focus on my diet and try to lose some weight. I'm currently 203 pounds, and I'm hoping to lose at least 50 in the next year or so. Any tips on keeping the calorie count down while making healthy choices? I have an aversion to green veggies, though I can force a salad down if need be.
