Plateau

Help....on a two week plateau. Increased activity and stayed within calorie count but just can't seem to get body to start losing weight again. Started May 5th and have lost 64 pounds. I am handicapped and have balance issues so some exercises are very difficult for me. I do walk, do yard work and have started some arm exercises while sitting. Any Suggestions????

    You may want to wait it out a week or two more and see what comes of it, then revisit...

    64 pounds since May is incredible! from here on out you are likely to see weeks on end or even months that you don't lose much. Just make sure you are logging correctly and you will see results. I am very near my goal and was never in a hurry to get here but my loss was something like this:

    Year 1 40lbs
    Year 2 14 lbs
    Year 3 8 lbs
    So far in Year 4 5lbs

    Take measurements and photos so you can feel good about your loss even when the scale is not cooperating.
