Help....on a two week plateau. Increased activity and stayed within calorie count but just can't seem to get body to start losing weight again. Started May 5th and have lost 64 pounds. I am handicapped and have balance issues so some exercises are very difficult for me. I do walk, do yard work and have started some arm exercises while sitting. Any Suggestions????

Make sure your nutrition is on point (accurate tracking) and give it a couple more weeks. If at that point you are still stuck, up the calories for a week (to maintenance) then drop back down. You've made excellent progress so far! Congrats!1
