Saggy Bits

Hi, has anyone managed to sort their flabby/saggy areas after weight loss?, my thighs are a particular issue, I'm about to join the gym and am hoping I might be able to 'tighten up' for want of a better word.

Skin is a tricky one. The older you get the less elasticity it has, depending on how fast you gained/lost weight will also effect it's ability to "tighten".
I've lost 150 lbs and now have very loose skin in my stomach area and I lost at a normal rate. I had loose skin on my biceps as well, but with lifting and muscle gain it has became less of an issue. Unfortunately people's skin & situations vary so much that it's hard to give a good answer. If you gain some muscle in your thigh you may be able to lessen the look of the saggy skin.
I'm looking to go under the knife to remove the skin from my abdomen as it's been this way for some time now and I don't see it getting any better1
