    i dont understand

    when i make coffee at home its french press into a mug
    when i have coffee at work its from the machine into a mug
    when i buy coffee out, i drink it in what it comes in

    Are you a blond roast , dark roast, or just plain ok regular ? Does coffee cause you to make number two due to its laxative affect it has on some?

    im generally a dark roast fan, but am not that particular. im more interested in QUALITY roast
