Howdy!

I wanted to introduce myself (again), I haven't chatted on here much, but I've been having difficulty with some of health attributes (I'd rather not call them health issues, it sounds too negative to me). I've noticed lately that I was procrastinating on a lot of adult responsibilities. Including tracking my meals & not doing my exercises. Wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me & if you could give me some pointers, it would be greatly appreciated.
