Need to find a motivation again!

Last year about the same time, I lost about 20 pounds in four months. Ever since then I've been trying very hard to lose more pounds, I managed to lose five more pounds but gained all that back. Initially, I tried as hard as I can to work out, as well as keeping track on MFP. But, for the past three months I've been slacking, eating more, and less healthy as well. I'm curious if anyone can give me any advice to get my motivation back. I know I need to do this for my health, but somehow logic and reasoning doesn't work anymore. Please help!

    You are master of your own mind. Make up your mind and your body will follow. At least that is my mantra and it's working well.

    Make it fit your lifestyle. The more aligned you are with the real world, the less it feels like a temporary fix or something you have to endure.

    Motivation will come snowballing as you see your successes and continue to build on them.
