Was wondering what goals and reward motivators everyone uses to keep themselves on making progress towards their goals.

I break down my ultimate end weight goal into smaller mini goals to help keep me motivated. For example my first goal was to lose 5lbs, I've just hit it so my next goal was to lose 4lbs. That way it doesn't feel like such a mammoth task! When the motivation to exercise or eat right isn't there (we all have bad days where we can't be bothered) I use discipline - I just do what I've got to do anyway, even if I don't want to. Because when I've done it I feel much better about myself.1
