At 3000, eat whatever you want, including chicken floss. :)

Beat you to it. I've never heard of such a thing before.

I've had a pork floss bun before. Bought it at a food counter in a small Asian market, but I had never seen or heard of a chicken version before. I was barely able to eat the one, I can't imagine trying to eat seven. lol. It's got an interesting flavor.

I, too, had to look up chicken floss -- but the problem with eating a lot of chicken floss as you describe is that it is high in sodium and saturated fat.

Why would you only choose *one* food, though? Regardless of what it is? Sure, you'd reach your caloric goal, but what about your nutritional needs?

Well, if it is the only food you eat then you are probably missing out on various nutrients.

Agreed. Doing that for a day or two is one thing but for several weeks is quite another.

So it's like pulled pork, but chicken, and super dry? and in a bun. 7 of them.
I think the lack of fibre and vitamins might be an issue, if boredom doesn't kill you first.

Asking random strangers on the Internet (albeit, mostly well meaning ones) for (what boarders on) medical advice, is exactly where the health risk lies.
