At 3000, eat whatever you want, including chicken floss.0

I've had a pork floss bun before. Bought it at a food counter in a small Asian market, but I had never seen or heard of a chicken version before. I was barely able to eat the one, I can't imagine trying to eat seven. lol. It's got an interesting flavor.0 -

I, too, had to look up chicken floss -- but the problem with eating a lot of chicken floss as you describe is that it is high in sodium and saturated fat.0

Why would you only choose *one* food, though? Regardless of what it is? Sure, you'd reach your caloric goal, but what about your nutritional needs?1 -

Well, if it is the only food you eat then you are probably missing out on various nutrients.0 -

Agreed. Doing that for a day or two is one thing but for several weeks is quite another.0 -
So it's like pulled pork, but chicken, and super dry? and in a bun. 7 of them.
I think the lack of fibre and vitamins might be an issue, if boredom doesn't kill you first.1 -
Asking random strangers on the Internet (albeit, mostly well meaning ones) for (what boarders on) medical advice, is exactly where the health risk lies.
