Lost 5 lbs since starting. Need to up my activity level. Feeling positive ☺

    I just hit the 5 lbs mark today, too! Yay! :) You're doing great, just keep going!

    it does work.. move more.. eat a bit less. Here is a list i read on the maintenance forum that helped me ..

    Studies prove that people who keep their weight off after getting to goal do these things.

    1. eat a good breakfast
    2. watch 10 hours of t.v. or less a week
    3. exercise one hour a day
    4. have a life style change, (eating healthy)


    So.. I just think of that every day.. move more.. be active... and exercise each day.. and it is working like a charm.
