hey, I always go over my sugar/carbs for the day espesically sugar, can someone help me with what they have to keep within this like examples etc, thanks

Unless you have a medical reason to monitor your sugar intake, don't worry about it.
Just in case you weren't aware of this feature, when you go to the message boards section, there is a button called search and you can type in a keyword/phrase (ex: sugar) and you can see the threads that have already been created on the topic. Good luck! flowerforyou

I always go over MFP's sugar default. Also, I don't care. If you eat fruit, you will go over.0

It just depends on the kind of sugar you are talking about. If it's from fruit, I don't blame you. Summer is fresh fruits and veggies galore. Also, if you are meeting your calories I wouldn't worry about the macros. Enjoy your summer fruits.
If your sugar is from something other than fruits and veggies, you need to reevaluate what you are eating and why.0
