Getting ready to start a New Workout Plan and Etc.

I'm getting ready to start a new workout plan that will hopefully help with my weight loss goal of losing 70 pounds total and I will be starting this on Sunday Oct. 2 and you ask why that day, the answer is my fitbit resets to that day each week and I will be tracking everything each day and putting my numbers on paper and seeing how much I can lose between now and the end of the year. I will also be looking at what I eat and how I can change what I eat for each meal. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I work towards this new goal and I know I can make this happen by the end of the year.
