Restricting calories till period stopped - still not losing weight

Yeah - you're not growing anymore.
A big part of the teen growth spurt for girls is moving from a body fat percentage of a child (which is the same for boys and girls) to the body fat percentage of a woman (which is naturally much different than that of a man). That process continues into the teens and so if you'er in your late teens or early twenties, you can't really think of the body that you had 5 years ago as one you can ever get back to.
You hadn't said how old you were, and Ive' seen a number of very young posters in the past get upset because they can't maintain the weight and shape they had when they first hit their adult height.0
