I had a huge struggle with eating right to cut calories and loose weight. When the counting stopped the weight piled on. I only started to loose weight When i started eating to nourish my body instead. First pic is year one of messing it all up. Year 2 i went from loosing to maintaining to loosing. It has taken 6 months to change my mind set. Then 6 months to loose 35 pounds slowely. Now im half way:)
