Day Two

Stomach is really bad today - I have not been to loo for days - went for a walk this morning - just under 6000 steps - but it was hard as my stomach feels so bad. Feel like if I went to the loo I would lose half a stone!

Had a good day yesterday - just over 800 calories, going to try to do the same today

    800 calories is WAY too little to be eating. Have a rethink about your goals & expectations. Most women (even those relatively small) would be able to consistently lose weight on 1200+ calories. Use MFP to give you a decent calorific goal - eating too little over a sustained period will be detrimental to your health.

    @davidkim299 men should eat a minimum of 1200-1400 calories a day. As far as going to the bathroom make sure you're eating foods rich in fiber or that are natural laxatives.
