How to spend the next 10 weeks

I have 10 weeks before I return back to school and have ample time towards working out and getting in optimal shape this summer.
I need to return to school in amazing shape because as an opera singer, what I do is highly physical in nature and requires immense athleticism and stamina. So, I want to get myself into a fantastic place and stack the chips in my favor.
Diet-wise, I've lost 40 pounds through WW, and am continuing with WW but eating clean & paleo.
What I really want to know is, how and what should I be doing at the gym each day? Should I go twice a day (because I can) and how should I pace myself? So far, my gym routine is cardio for one hour (jogging, elliptical) and little to no strength.
Ideally I'd like to be 15-20 pounds lighter by October and have much more stamina. I weigh 205 pounds, am 5'9", can jog a mile comfortably but not fast, and have NO upper body strength. My legs are Herculean, but I have trouble doing 10lbs on all the upper body machines. My ultimate goal weight is around 165-170.
Thanks for the advice!

Does your gym have any personal trainers? Usually gyms will let you meet with 1 for free 1-2x...
I'd just say what you are doing sounds great. With weight unfortunately slow and steady is how it works if you want to keep it off.
You may want to change it up every so often, if your gym offers classes, or swimming.
Sorry, I'm probably not a lot of help...0
