For those who follow IIFYM eating and have a family, kids etc. how do you accommodate weighing etc? I want to try it out but my mind implodes at how to juggle meal prep etc when making meals for all of the family. Weighing just mine? Weighing everything and dividing up what my portion calculates to?
Brekkie & lunch are fine, but dinner..................

Put your weighed raw ingredients in the recipe builder, weigh your finished dish (subtract the weight of the pot/pan), and set your recipe servings as that weight or 100g portions.
Then you can weigh your portion and log that.2 -
