For those who follow IIFYM eating and have a family, kids etc. how do you accommodate weighing etc? I want to try it out but my mind implodes :o at how to juggle meal prep etc when making meals for all of the family. Weighing just mine? Weighing everything and dividing up what my portion calculates to?

Brekkie & lunch are fine, but dinner..................

Put your weighed raw ingredients in the recipe builder, weigh your finished dish (subtract the weight of the pot/pan), and set your recipe servings as that weight or 100g portions.

Then you can weigh your portion and log that.
