Newbie

Hi everyone! I started the Transformations Diet on 9/1/16, and have lost 15.6 lbs so far. :)
I am starting the retrain phase today and hope to lose more, as per the plan.
This has been hard for me as I am a long-time binge eater. The plan allows for a lot of good food and 1,500 calories a day for now. I just have to fight the urge to binge like the dickens. >:)
I have rid the house of all nuts, cereals and popcorn... Wish me luck!
